Headache... headaches

Buying a house takes easy steps to complete. The toughest thing is that you have to decide if it's the right house for you and if you can afford it. To complete the process, you just need to sign a few piece of papers; the legal document.

Renovating a house is totally different.

It is so fussy... so complicated and so EXPENSIVE. Because you can't take a second morgage for the renovation, normally, the renovation fees have to be paid in cash. That includes the workmanship and the raw materials.

Ni's house is renovating the kitchen lately. Or shall we say, extending the kitchen.

I just realise the biggest dream for a mother a.k.a. housewife is to have a nice and big kitchen for herself.

A woman's kitchen is her kingdom after all.

Now, think about it. Does your mother ever have some disagreement with ur dad? Usually, when things get heated up, will she just go into the kitchen and stay there all day until your dad goes into the kitchen and say sorry to her? It's either the kitchen or the bedroom.

Nowadays, only one dish-washing basin alone can gives you enough headaches..

Their prices can make your eyeballs grow as big as kenny's coconut or kenny's coconut . (You can know how big his balls are.)

Apart from that, there are dozens of sizes and designs to choose for your basin.

Firstly, do you want to have 2 identical sized basin?

This one is almost identical and it costs RM1000. And that's only for a basin.

Or do you prefer one extra large basin with a smaller tub on the side?

This one is 1.6k?? Couldn't exactly remember.

They say the smaller tub is convenient for soaking your dirty dishes or perhaps your vege.

Consume less volume to fill up the tub. Saves on water bills.

RM 1.4K ??

It all depends on what size you like.

How convenient will it be for you to wash something big or how big your pots and pans are.

what?? 1.5K??

In the process of choosing the basin, you need to know how many taps you want.

2 taps?? One tap?? Do you need a dish-washing liquid dispenser??

In the end, it depends on how many holes can be drilled on the basin.

There's so much to choose from.

After that, you have to choose the stove.

New stuff definitely look pretty, don't they?

Stove also cost 1k plus.. and that's an economical one.

From there, you have to decide how many stove you might need to use in future??

4 stoves, or 2 stoves only? Or maybe you need one big and and can do with another additional 2 smaller stoves?

Beside basin and stove, there are taps. SO MANY TAPS AGAIN~

These are only the small details.

Before that, you have to decide how big and long is your counter-top, the number of sockets outlet and where they should be located.

Above all, there's floor tiles, wall tiles, roof, lightings, lamps... my god.. so many of them.

Of course you can just throw it to the contractor and let them decide for you, but in the end, will that be what you want for your dream kitchen?? The kingdom??? lol...

Okies, enough about kitchen and stuff.

Ni just bought another rottweiler. He's all crazy about rottweiler now.

I plan to name it : Hogan.

What do u think? Nice??? ^_^
