Fug off~

Today is the first time, FIRST TIME in my working experience, my THREE years of working experience that i was being shouted at work.

FUCK~

I was being shouted at work, NOT because i cannot do my work.

I was being shouted at work, NOT because i did something wrong.

I was being shouted at work BECAUSE SOME PIECE OF SHIT CANNOT DELIVER WHAT HE WAS EXPECTED TO DO AND HE FREAKED OUT.

Not only that he freaked out, he also thought he can push all his responsibility to other people.

"I HAVE ALREADY GIVEN YOU THE REQUEST. IT IS YOUR DUTY. I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE NOW. I WANT THE REPORT BY MY TABLE TOMORROW AFTERNOON."

( Bold letters mean he was shouting at me )

Me : You just gave me the request this morning, and they need 2 nights to complete shooting. Now you have another additional request, i don't think they can present the report by tomorrow.

"I DON'T CARE. I WANT TO SEE THE REPORT TOMORROW AFTERNOON. IF YOU CANNOT DO IT, IT IS YOUR FAULT ."

"You just give me the request this morning, and they are only shooting it tonight.

"IT IS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. MY WORK IS DELAYED BECAUSE OF THE MATERIAL COME IN LATE. I DID NOT MAKE THE PROGRESS SLOW. I WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LATE HANDOVER. NOW I ALREADY PASS IT TO YOU. IF YOU CANNOT DO IT, IT IS OUR FAULT"

Me ( being angry ) : When the material is late, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW UP. YOU DUN BLAME ON OTHERs AND EXPECT OTHERS TO FINISH SO QUICKLY.

"I DUN CARE HOW YOU DO IT. I WANT TO SEE THE REPORT TOMORROW. YOU GO AND GIVE ME THE REPORTS. ( slammed down the phone.)

Well, yeah, to hell with the 'it is not my responsibility' crap talk.

To let ya all know, i am not his subordinate. I dun take orders from him. I am his colleague. In fact, we are working on a team work basis. I helped him sort out on the form activites and also make sure that he dun need to do the extra paperwork coz he's all alone in Labuan and he only has 2 hands.

I arrange some of the paperwork to be done for him, so that he only need to sign them off.

I coordinate with him to get some work done. All and all, we have diffirent roles to play. The only difference is that the company is willing to pay this piece of old shit, perhaps, 9k per month and i get only less than one third of it.

If he used to be an owner of a company, it doesn't mean he can shout at other people. I am helping him and he is not helping me by shouting. He is not the owner of THIS company. He have no rights to shout at people.

I did not make a mistake and i dun deserve this.

Shouting at people just let others know how incapable you are. Incapable of controlling yourself.

INCOMPETENCE, i call it.

I despice people like this old shit.

Being old doesn't mean that you have the right to BARK at people.

In fact, he is so useless that he should be kept in a zoo. He need people to take care of him and feed him and bathe him. Being barely able to understand even a simple instruction make him worthless.

I really wonder why my boss would hire him at all. Even my manager find it difficult to talk to him coz he just dun understand what people is telling him. He can't even operate a computer and messed up all the forms that i gave him. What is he doing?

Sigh.. i pity myself that i have to deal with a piece of shit like him.

I did not intend to write an entry like this after being absence from the blog world for so long.
